Got these for my wife. We set them up in the corner of our screened in pool cage. Not only do they cast the design on the pool deck when lit up at night, but they also reflect in the pool water. They look great!

Yes. These are constructed from heavy duty carbon steel which WILL eventually rust per the description. Due to the thickness of the walls, they will not rust through any time soon. You can prevent rust from forming by wiping them down and spraying them with a clear coat or enamel.
