Shipping policy

Shipment processing time

You can generally expect your product(s) to ship within 1 week of order placement. Because many of our products are made to order, some items (including large orders and custom projects) may experience a longer processing time. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. 

**If you need an item before a specific date, please reach out to cory@north-forge.com and/or include a note in your order. We will do our best to accommodate you (especially if it’s a gift for grandpa’s birthday…that one gets us every time). 


Damages

Despite our efforts to package our products with care, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Please thoroughly inspect your package(s) upon arrival for any damage. In the event damage occurs during shipping, and in order to receive a replacement, we kindly ask that you report any issues along with supporting photos (required) within three (3) days of delivery to cory@north-forge.com

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Northern Forge, LLC will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.


Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible. Northern Forge, LLC will file a claim with the shipping carrier and contact local law enforcement. 


International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of the continental US.
