Refund policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please make your selections carefully. We do, however, want you to love your products as much as we do, so if you have any issues with your products, please let us know at cory@north-forge.com. Refunds are only issued once reviewed by us and only on a case-by-case basis.
