These window box planters are constructed from durable Corten steel. Completely food-safe, and corrosion-resistant, Corten steel has a distinctive patina in which forms over time. This patina acts as a seal to prevent further rusting and corrosion.
Fill with soil, river stones, moss, etc. and plant with whatever you heart desires. The unique leaf patterns on the rim of the planter add character to these heavy duty planters.

Planter will arrive in raw steel state but will slowly develop the desired Corten rust over the course of a 2-4 months.
