We are so happy with the garden pole we got from your company.
It is beautiful, unique and adds so much to the garden. We have rocks from our road trips around it to make it even more special.

I was a little disappointed with the workmanship on this item. See photos as you can see there are gaps along the side and part of the design is dented. The box it arrived in was not damaged. It does show a great design with good light. It wobbles and tilts but securing the base to our deck will probably help that. I appreciated the prompt assistance from Corey with my address problems.
Updated 7/1/2025. I received a replacement for the damaged luminary. It is exactly what I wanted !! I received prompt and helpful response to this problem. I have put a new item from their luminaries on my Christmas list.

I'll follow up with an e-mail as well but damaged items are covered as long as you have pictures of the damage.
This was not shipped in this shape and was absolutely damaged during shipment (despite the box looking fine).
Sorry about this inconvenience. Your choice between a refund or replacement.
